1.1. Scheduling and Delivery

All service appointments are scheduled at mutually agreed times. You will receive a confirmation via email or phone upon booking.

1.2. Refund and Rescheduling for Services

If you need to reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We will accommodate one reschedule per appointment free of charge.

petcarer offers refunds for canceled services if you provide notice at least 72 hours before the appointment. Refunds will be issued as a credit to your original payment method for the purchase amount. This credit will appear within 7 business days of approval.

Certain services, such as live interactive training sessions with limited availability, are non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated. This policy ensures we maintain high quality and reserved slots for all clients.

2. Info Products

Our digital guides cover best practices for auto feeders and waterers, feeding schedules, maintenance tips, and troubleshooting.

2.1. Access and Use

Upon purchase, you will gain immediate access to the digital guide. This access is licensed, not sold, and is for personal use only.

2.2. Refund for Info Products

Digital guides are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues preventing access, petcarer will provide a replacement file or issue a full refund upon verification of the problem.

3. Goods

We offer a range of auto feeders and waterers designed for various pets. Each product includes detailed specifications and user manuals.

3.1. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location.

3.2. Refund for Goods

You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Returns must include all original packaging and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Defective items are eligible for a full replacement or refund of the purchase amount, including original shipping charges, upon inspection and confirmation of the defect.

4. General Refund Process

All approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear. Alternatively, you may request store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
